Thank you - Mt Vernon Sleep Center thanks you
for your patronage. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. In
order to ensure that we may serve you properly, we have set up certain store
policies of which you should be aware.
Layaway - Merchandise may be put on layaway
for up to 90 days with a minimum deposit of 10%. Monthly payments are
required. A 30-days notice is needed before delivery or pick up.
There is a20% service charge on cancellations. Refunds will be
issued as merchandise vouchers. There will be no cash refunds on
layaways. Deposits are forfeited if no payments are received within 90
days.
Refunds - There is a 20% service charge on
all cancellations. Refunds (except layaway) will be issued by check
during regular office hours. (Bank card credits will be issued on the
net bank card transmittal). A waiting period of 10 days on local
checks and 15 days on out of town checks is required. There will be no
refunds or exchanges on linens. Special orders are non-cancelable, any
deposits are forfeited if not picked up or delivered within 30 days of
notification.
Returned Checks - There is a $25.00 service
charge on all returned checks.
Delivery -
(1) Set-up and Delivery -
Our service crews will set-up your new bed or furniture, if set-up was
requested and paid for. (Waterbed set-up does not include filling the
bed).
(2) Delivery Only - Our
service crews will place merchandise in a room specified by you.
(3) Pick-up - You may
pick up merchandise at either warehouse or store, whichever is specified.
Merchandise will remain at the store for one day from scheduled pick-up date
before being returned to the warehouse. All in stock pick-up's must be
scheduled 24 hours in advance Tues. - Sat., 48 hours in advance for Sunday -
Monday pick-up.
(4) Our service crews are not
allowed to move furniture.
(5) We cannot promise timed
delivery
(6) If you are not at home on the
day of delivery, a redelivery charge will be necessary.
(7) Mt Vernon will not be held
liable for any damages incurred beyond public curbing.
Service - All
manufacturer's warranties are enclosed with the merchandise. These
products are warranted by the manufacturer, not Mt. Vernon Sleep Center and
cover the product only. Any labor cost involved in our servicing the
warranty is not covered by the warranty. Please contact store for
applicable rates.
Comfort Guarantees: -
Due to state & Federal regulations regarding sanitation standards, we are
unable to offer comfort guarantees, unless offered by the manufacturer.
Any bedding once in the customers possession is considered used and can not
be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
